Affirmations to use:
“It’s safe for me to trust the process.”
“I am doing my best and that is enough.”
“Everything is unfolding for mt highest good, no matter what happens.”
These affirmations help calm your mind and align you with a more empowered energy, even if doubts or fears arise.
Step 4: Detach and Refocus
Let go of the need to “fix” the 3D and do something that lights you up:
Practive self-care (take a bath, meditate, journal), visualize your dream relationship as if it’s already here, spend time on hobbies or things that make you happy.
Your vibe of joy and peace will help you realign with your manifestation.
