The thing that prevents you from doing this naturally and effortlessly is your emotional attachment to what you think is real right now. If you're able to make peace with "what is", you constantly keep seeing what you dislike, just because you're coming from that energy.
Instead of panicking or getting anxious or triggered because "things are not changing," you need to make peace with them. Be okay with them as they are right now, with no resistance to them. Give them approval for their existence as best as you can.
The more you're okay with what your ego wants to judge as "bad", the faster you'll start feeling peace over it.
Here's what you need to do once you start feeling peace:
You need to have an imaginal scene, a simple scene, five to ten seconds long. It has to imply that your wish has been fulfilled. This means that your scene would happen ONLY IF your desire is yours already, as if it's yours for a few days, weeks, or months.
Enter the scene from your own perspective (not as if you're watching a movie, but as if you are actually there) and feel it's reality with as many imaginary sense as you can. You need to see, hear, touch, smell, or taste something in that scene to make sure that you're actually there in your imagination.
Feel your feet walking in the scene and turn around 360* to be sure that your feet are standing in that room or in that place. Stay in the scene long enough but that scene exists now.
If you feel like you're in your old state, repeat the scene again and again in your mind, but only when you're calm because that's when you're not attached to any "facts". Walking in faith that this is your reality even while you're in your 3D. Even if the 3D is showing you the complete opposite.
If you get triggered, release what you feel and enter the desired reality again. After that, wait to see what has changed in the 3D because shifts are visible instantly if you're open enough to the desired reality and if you believe in it more than you believed in what you thought were facts.
The moment you see the tiniest shift, you need to know that IT'S DONE. IT'S ALREADY YOURS. Have faith that the desired reality is your because without faith, you will enter a doubtful state again, and you'll torture yourself by forgetting that the facts are only projections of your mind.
