RETURN POLICY

1. IS THERE A FREE RETURNS POLICY?
Yes, we offer free returns, but this is applicable only to orders shipped to Dubai and only for the month of June.
2. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE USA?
Customers in the USA must pay for return shipping. We do not offer free returns for orders shipped to the USA.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items.
- Lip products, once opened, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. This policy ensures that all our customers receive brand new, untouched products, minimizing the risk of contamination and maintaining the highest hygiene standards. 
3. HOW DO I INITIATE A REFUND?
To initiate a refund, you must email your order number to customer@manifest-beauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide proof that the return process has been initiated.
